We are looking for a

SERVICENOW DEVELOPER

for our multinational IT outsourcing partner

Understanding of requirements received from business analyst
Analyze incidents and identify correct resolutions
Perform small enhancements, incident resolutions
Unit Test all changes and bug fixes
Support Functional testing and perform bug resolutions
Support implementation and rollout tasks
Work in an Agile environment and communicate actively in Scrum meetings
Update JIRA tasks with correct progress information and report issues and obstacles in a timely manner
Adhere to standards for coding and documentation
Documentation, both in-line and offline
Contribute to innovations and improvement initiatives

3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow
Knowledge of JavaScript language, server and client side coding, use of APIs
Experience in server and client side development and debugging
Familiarity with SCRUM / Agile working practices
Adherence to produce clean and easy-to-understand code and documentations
Familiarity with REST APIs and SOAP would be a plus
Good understanding of relational database structure, familiarity with SQL queries
Ability to design data models is good to have
