We are looking for a
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
for our multinational IT outsourcing partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Management of team to meet business/ operations goals around defined responsibilities
- Identify areas where operational efficiencies can be gained by documenting routine procedures
- Work with and collaborate with service delivery and application support teams as required
- Should be accountable & own Infrastructure service delivery
- Understanding offshore operation & get the services delivered through them
- Contractual document (SOW/MSA) preparation, review and presentation to the client for sign-off.
- Project finance and resource management
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Extensive experience in Service Delivery Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in delivery of large end-to-end programs and Strong knowledge of Project/Program delivery management Skills
- Proficiency in risk management and budget oversight
- Project management and ITIL certification will be an added advantage
- Domain knowledge and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Technical skillset: Windows, Vmware, citrix, SQL ,Oracle Database, Backup and storage administration ,Unix, Exchange, Skype, Network
