Feladatok / Responsibilities

Monitor and manage open and overdue customer balances.
Allocate incoming payments and handle discrepancies, deductions, and returned funds.
Coordinate daily credit control activities and support team members.
Prepare reports and documentation for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
Support projects, system implementations, and ad hoc activities as required

Elvárások / Requirements

Fluency in Polish AND English,
2+ years of experience in credit control or cash collection,
Strong analytical skills with ability to handle complex situations,
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
