Junior Payroll Manager

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing the daily work of colleagues working on the project
  • Submission of payroll data to external service providers
  • Consolidate payroll data
  • Review calculations and work with provider
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Handle questions from employees regarding payroll
  • Audit compliance

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience in international payroll
  • Have experience dealing with people management (like interviewing, trainings, coaching, supervising etc.)
  • Advanced or native in English language (other European language can be an advantage, but not a must)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
