GERMAN SPEAKING HR ADMINISTRATOR
for our global energy business partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling trainers and instructional staff to deliver impactful learning sessions; partnering with internal experts and external training providers to ensure effective content delivery.
- Ensuring timely and clear communication with all learners through Salesforce, providing accurate updates and meeting all deadlines.
- Supporting global talent development teams by facilitating the smooth execution of learning initiatives across different regions.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Experience in a dynamic multinational environment
- Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in German
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
