German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations

  • Oversee and update customer and product master data records

  • Process incoming customer orders and monitor their progress through to fulfillment

  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage requests in a timely and effective manner

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of complaints and claims, from initial logging to resolution tracking

  • Support invoicing procedures and ensure accurate billing

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams in a courteous, professional, and proactive way

Elvárások / Requirements

  • have excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and English
  • have a customer-oriented approach
  • have good planning and organizational skill
  • have experience in working with customers or in an international environment
