We are looking for a
Procure to Pay Analyst (German Speaking)
for our multinational IT outsourcing partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Identify compliance and/or training challenges
- Peer reviews of transactions completed
- Ensure to respond to calls/emails/chats with appropriate solution within the timeframe
- Handling day to day Calls/emails/chat in PTP Helpdesk
- Propose potential improvement opportunities
- Assist team embers in completing their daily assignments
Elvárások / Requirements
- Excellent in English and German
- have relevant work experience in Customer Service (Procurement/Accounts Payable/Source to Settle/Contact Centre)
- Customer oriented approach
- Flexible, motivated personality
- College degree is an advantage
