Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners across multiple communication channels
  • Manage incoming inquiries
  • Manage your own case queue and ensure high-quality service
  • Process account requests, refunds, social media queries, and log actions in internal systems

  • Fluent German and good communicative skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Openness to working in shifts
