Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Monitoring project activities, reporting metrics, and updating quality tools,
- Setting goals, assigning tasks, and supporting team development,
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and audit requirements,
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and supervisors.
Elvárások / Requirements
- People management experience,
- 3+ years of experience in the field of life sciences,
- At least B2 level proficiency in German and English,
- Graduate in Life Sciences domain.
