We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support for our global energy business partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries and requests,
- Recording, assigning, and monitoring the status of complaints and claims from initiation to resolution,
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders in a courteous, professional, and efficient way,
- Managing end-to-end resolution of issues within your assigned key customer portfolio,
- Upholding our company’s reputation through your supportive and professional attitude,
- Representing one of the world’s leading energy companies as its voice and frontline presence.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Experience in customer support field,
- Proficiency in English language and Dutch language,
- Analytical problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skill,
- Customer-oriented approach.
