  • Handling customer inquiries and requests,
  • Recording, assigning, and monitoring the status of complaints and claims from initiation to resolution,
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders in a courteous, professional, and efficient way,
  • Managing end-to-end resolution of issues within your assigned key customer portfolio,
  • Upholding our company’s reputation through your supportive and professional attitude,
  • Representing one of the world’s leading energy companies as its voice and frontline presence.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Experience in customer support field,
  • Proficiency in English language and Dutch language,
  • Analytical problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skill,
  • Customer-oriented approach.
