CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – POLISH SPEAKING

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Handle order entry, order follow-up, stock inquiries, backorder reporting.
  • Invoicing, and claim & return processing with high accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage customer calls and complaints professionally and in line with service level agreements.
  • Maintain high-quality case and call logging with timely updates until resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken),
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service,
  • Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing.
