We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist (Polish-speaking) on behalf of one of our prestigious international partner. A globally recognised leader in the life sciences and healthcare industry, present in over 100 countries and backed by more than 70 years of innovation.
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Handle order entry, order follow-up, stock inquiries, backorder reporting.
- Invoicing, and claim & return processing with high accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
- Manage customer calls and complaints professionally and in line with service level agreements.
- Maintain high-quality case and call logging with timely updates until resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken),
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service,
- Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing.
