We are looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (German speaking)
for our global energy business partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
- Maintain customer and material master database
- Entering customer orders and following them up
- Logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
- Interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Elvárások / Requirements
- Advanced or native in German and upper-intermediate English
- Relevant experience in working with customers
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
