We are looking for an
AUTOMATION BUSINESS ANALYST
for our multinational IT outsourcing partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Understand and define business problem with client considering all relevant angles (technology, process, people, organization, etc.)
- Design technology solution in a creative and innovative way and drive the discussion with the client to agree on the solution as well as on how the solution is going to be delivered
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. The key stakeholders will be from IT area, responsible for automation, solutioning, architecture, platform owners, etc.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Academic master’s degree, preferably in information science, engineering, or analytics
- Experience in Enterprise Automation both on technology as well as from the business site
- Experience with Enterprise Automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, MS Power Stack
- Experience with digital technologies such as Automation (RPA/IPA), low-code/no-code omnichannel solutions, IDP solutions, OCR
- 3-5 years of experience from an IT services or Consulting firm (we are looking for multiple resources with different years of experience level)
- Proven experience in building client relationships
- Lean Six Sigma skills or other similar methodology advantage
- Fluent in English
