We are looking for a
GERMAN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT
for our global energy business partner
Feladatok / Responsibilities
- Analyze PO and Non-PO invoices
- Understand PO creation / amendments
- Process invoices in Client Application
- Review the invoice data
- Manage payment process
- Perform period close reconciliation
- Manage travel advance requests
- Vendor Management – Setup & Update
Elvárások / Requirements
- have University/ College degree with qualification in Finance/ Accounting or Economics
- have 1+ year of relevant experience in AP accounting
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- have ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP etc.)
- are independent and pay attention to details
- enjoy working with deadlines
