Dutch Service Desk Agent

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Address and troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients, serving as the initial point of contact (Level 1 IT support).
  • Manage user inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and support tools.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all issues and maintain records in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams for further assistance.
  • Keep users updated on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall customer satisfaction throughout the support process.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Advanced or native Dutch language skills,
  • Confident English language skills,
  • Good communication skills – both written and spoken,
  • IT background is not necessary, training is provided.
