Purchasing Process Coordinator – French speaking

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Managing procurement operations and transactions in accordance with the Global Buying Policy,
  • Supporting Strategic Buyers in request for quotations, auctions, and issue resolution,
  • Handling supplier documentation and communication,
  • Executing transactional operations (confirmations, modifications, approvals),
  • Assisting internal clients with procurement and invoicing processes.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Higher education degree,
  • 3 years of relevant experience,
  • At least B2 level of French and English knowledge.
