  • Coordinating and scheduling trainers and instructional staff to deliver impactful learning sessions; partnering with internal experts and external training providers to ensure effective content delivery.
  • Ensuring timely and clear communication with all learners through Salesforce, providing accurate updates and meeting all deadlines.
  • Supporting global talent development teams by facilitating the smooth execution of learning initiatives across different regions.

  • Experience in a dynamic multinational environment
  • Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in German
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
