Customer Service Specialist (German speaking)

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Handling end-user calls and web queries via tools, phone and email
  • Maintain customer and material master database
  • Entering customer orders and following them up
  • Logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Advanced or native in German and upper-intermediate English
  • Relevant experience in working with customers
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
