UK Payroll Specialist

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Support in Country SME with payroll administration tasks
  • Assist with resolution of employee queries
  • Maintain working relationships with HR, Finance, Stock Admin, Tax and Internal audit teams
  • Manage relevant ad hoc duties and special projects
  • Help to collate data for internal/external audit
  • Review, upload, code and route invoices for approval and payment

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Relevant experience in international payroll
  • 1 year in UK payroll is a must (but Polish payroll can be also an advantage)
  • Active use of English
  • Studies from relevant fields
  • Strong user knowledge of MS-Office (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment, learn quickly
