Senior Payroll Specialist

Feladatok / Responsibilities

  • Support in Country SME with payroll administration tasks
  • Assist with resolution of employee queries
  • Maintain working relationships with HR, Finance, Stock Admin, Tax and Internal audit teams
  • Manage relevant ad hoc duties and special projects
  • Help to collate data for internal/external audit
  • Review, upload, code and route invoices for approval and payment

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Payroll (international payroll – especially UK or Polish)
  • Advanced level of English (both written and verbal)
  • College or university degree
  • Strong user knowledge of MS-Office (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Workday, Nexon and Cloudpay is an advantage – but not a must
